Manford has partnered with us for over a year focused on organization development and training intervention. They have conducted over 20 workshops beginning with the top management, cascading down to the supervisory levels.
For the record the changes that they have been able to facilitate within the organization have resulted in significantly superior relationships and improvement in task orientation.

Manford where you delivered a four-day workshop for our senior
leadership team and managers. The amazing four day corporate breakthrough
workshop has now become very much part of the way we think and act both at

Not being able to change quickly is shipwrecking many companies. Do people resist change? Or is it the way that change is managed that creates the barriers & roadblocks.
In 2002, Jetking was showing de-growth on account of various factors such as slow down in the economy, Gujarat situation; infighting amongst Franchisees. Top Management had become complacent & almost rudderless.
The question was how to put the company back on a fast growth track & get the support of Franchisees because 85% business was coming from them.
There came a fresh breath of the programme, aptly known as "Corporate Breakthrough" by Manford.
We met over four days at Lonavla to discuss our problems threadbare. The processes & interventions were amazing. The feedback given by participants to our Management team was so revealing & constructive that anybody could see what are our strengths & weakness were. Transformation came instantly which normally takes months & years to come by. Within the next 3 months, there was an excellent feedback mechanism between Franchisees and the management. Managers started working closely with Franchisees. This ultimately resulted in 20% growth in turnover of Jetking.

I was impressed by your deft handling of the various groups on issues which were sensitive and had the potential of being counterproductive. You established a report with the participants in a short time which enabled them to open up and come up with the “reds” about their team members which was taken positively by the teams.
