Competency Mapping

The main objective of competency mapping is to conduct a complete analysis of job role and identify competencies required at each level, interpret those competencies to develop customized assessment or map those competencies to measure behavioral attributes and profile the behavior indicators to create score range.

This is done by conducting a number of sample assessments as a baseline further to which assessment tools will be developed based on the specified competencies required for the positions. A discussion document of the analysis of the competencies is provided after the study of the documents and the processes, competency-based questionnaires are created with scoring and report formats, the gaps between desired performance and actual are identified, and finally training interventions are built to bridge gaps.

A mind blowing exercise with all the right intentions that put in place a constructive framework.
